We ship all around Australia.
Delivery fees varies depending on the size, weight, delivery location and delivery type such as Business or Home.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day. If there are any delays due to goods availability or other issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
As we use several delivery partners/courier companies to deliver the orders, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and time.
Standard (Metro) delivery takes 1-5 business days, however, it is outside of our control if our delivery partners experiencing delays from time to time. If you haven’t receive your goods within the time frame, please contact us or visit the relevant delivery partner’s website and use the tracking information provided with your order confirmation.
If you require Express Post, please contact us direct on info@argiegrillz.com.
Our Pick Up service is free of charge and orders can be picked up on the same day.
Returns - Terms and Conditions
Change Of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
- The items are returned within 7 days of delivery
- You can show your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the items
- The items have not been used or damaged in any way including that:
- They are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or
- They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition
Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.
Any items returned that don’t comply with our change of mind returns T&C are unable to be refunded.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty due to manufacturing faults, we will accept returns and provide repairs. Exchange or refund of the item will be provided if the item is unable to be repaired.
We do not accept returns if the item has been modified or damaged due to incorrect usage.
